We all know that birds of a feather flock together and the same holds true for great associates. Once you become a Talent Tree Associate, you may realize that you know just the right person for one of our job openings. Refer someone to Talent Tree and once they work 80 hours, you will receive a bonus between $25 – $75. You can refer as many new associates as you like while you’re a Talent Tree associate.
